Is the check really free?

How much does a fix cost?
It depends on what we find. After you've seen the proof, we tell you what we'd change and what it costs, and you decide. Nothing starts until you agree.
Do you need access to my store?
Not for the check. It reads only public pages. If you ask us to fix things, we agree in writing what access we need before any work starts. That is a Shopify staff account or a WooCommerce Shop Manager login, which you can remove when we're done.
